Description

This Rolls-Royce Phantom III with chassis number 3DL140 was supplied to Dr. Fritz Mannheimer on November 28th 1939. Mr. Mannheimer, a German having formerly lived in Paris, was a repeat customer for Rolls-Royce. He did a very specific job to foster German interests in Dutch banking.
