Maybe not. Is the fatality of not to have the vins.
As far as I know only two were built. The one with the cream roof was displayed for the first time at the New York Auto Show in 1951.
There's another at the Blackhawk Museum with a purple roof maybe is the one of your pic. (I prefer it in blue anyway)
What do you think?

It doesn't look too bad in that drawing. How deceiving design renderings can be... ;)

Ah, yes! That's one of the changes. Also note the differences in proportions of the fenders in relation to the wheels. And the overall body height of course.
But hey... that's what many designers do to sell any project in advance.

Here a big pre-war Sedanca de Ville with Brougham lines body, possibly originally by Brewster, modified by Inskip for a Phantom III has landed on the much smaller (in comparison) Silver Wraith chassis, again as fitted and adapted by Inskip, and the result is an acquired taste. Not a quick car with all that weight on it, but then it was most probably designated to be used as a town vehicle for an elder owner. Ch. WYA19, owned by Mrs Quick-Mayer, delivered June 1948

Rob, it seems to me that's the same car (mis)identified by The Flying Lady as WZB5 probably by Brunn (?!), but as they have a lot of trouble identifying cars, I rather trust in you ;) (or maybe is not the same?)
