Post and discuss all general info about n2a Motors here.
You may start new topics on specific cars, projects and makes designed and/or bodied by n2a.

n2a Motors, a California based coachbuilding company, is owned and operated by David Rothman, businessman, car enthusiast, and graduate of the University of California at Berkeley.

In 2002, John & Joann Rothman, along with their son, David Rothman, wanted to create a sports car of uncompromising beauty, power, and elegance. They began implementing their idea drawing inspiration and style from the classic 60's era with the intent of incorporating the technology of today. The current Anteros cars are based on the Corvette C6 and Z06.

Since 2009 n2a Motors (current Anteros maker) has been owned by Gene Langmesser. They offer the 789 - a 57/58/59 Chevy-inspired contraption and the Anteros, both based on Corvette C6. They have also had plans to introduce another model, Stinger - inspired by the Corvette Sting Ray. As often with such companies, the exact fate of the new model is unknown, probably "eternally in development" ;)

Apart from the above coachbuilds, n2a is also a prolific restorer and upgrader of classic cars. I suppose that's where they actually make the money, as they don't seem to sell too many cars. Actually, I've never heard of them selling an Anteros, but they have sold about 15 789s, mostly in the USA, but also to Switzerland and Qatar.

Edit: n2a Motors seems to have been established in 2004, so I don't know if it was a development of Anteros Marketing, or did Anteros simply sell their car to n2a for further production.
